SHIPPING

Orders will not be shipped until payment in full has been received and Olaria Studio is satisfied with the status of the order. We are a very small, so when we're overwhelmingly busy, it may take up to 3-4 days for your order to get out the door. If you are in a rush to get your order, please let us know and we will do our best to get things moving faster.

SHIPPING TIMES + DELIVERY

National orders are sent using US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. This will take 2-4 working days to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. If our order has not arrived by then please email amy[at]olariastudio.com with your order number and contact details.

International orders will be sent in the most efficient manner possible. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery. Please be advised that every country has different customs laws and your product may incur other charges while in transit. Olaria Studio is NOT responsible for these charges. But we will do our best to send it to you the cheapest, fastest and safest way we can.

Olaria Studio collects customer info so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible. We respect your privacy and assure you that we will use this information responsibly. All your info is kept private and we will not be giving your info away to any other parties.

AVAILABILITY

A product that you have selected to buy is listed as being in stock, however, because we do so many retail shows throughout the year as well as maintain our online shop, we may or may not have had the opportunity to update online product quantities before your purchase is complete. So there is a possibility that you might try to buy a product from Olaria Studio online that is no longer in stock. If this happens we will certainly apologize and A.) refund you the full amount OR B.) will make it for you then. This may take an additional 3 weeks for it to actually be sent out b/c we have to roll it, dry it, glaze it, fire it, etc. Either way, you will be given the option beforehand and within 2 business days of when you initially place your order.

DAMAGED GOODS

In the event that the US Postal Service trashes your item in transit, please let us know within 2 business days of it's arrival (and remember we DO keep the delivery confirmation information to keep everyone honest). The items we create are fragile and we pack them and ship them with this in mind. In the event of shipping damage, we will refund your money after the damaged piece is returned to us in the mail. OR we will replace it (once the broken piece & jewelry components are returned to us in the mail).

REFUNDS

At this time, we are unable to give refunds for any reason other than those listed above. We can, from time to time, offer exchanges, but those remain at our discretion. We strive to accurately describe the items you are purchasing. All sale items are final sale and will not be refunded, remade, or exchanged.
